Sam is a law clerk at Conley Law Group LLC, where he handles research and drafting matters for the attorneys and partners. Sam is a third-year law student at Temple University Beasley School of Law, where he is a Beasley Scholar. Sam is currently writing a paper on the use of Family Limited Partnerships as a vehicle to avoid the estate tax. Prior to his matriculation to Temple Law, Sam attended West Virginia University, receiving a B.S. in Finance, with a minor in Economics.
Sam started at Conley Law Group as an intern during his 2L summer, and remained with the firm during the school year as a law clerk. The previous summer, Sam worked at the Temple Legal Aid Office, assisting indigent clients in custody matters, divorce settlements, trust & estates work, and Social Security disability appeals.
